Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us right away. We’ll assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly

7-Day Return Period for website orders

We offer a 7-day window for returns on website orders from the date you receive your order, provided the item does not match the description on our website. Should this occur, you are eligible for a full refund within the 7-day return period. Kindly review the return conditions below to ensure eligibility.

Return Condition

In order for a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition and include all packaging materials, tags, manuals, and accessories. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, will also be required. Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt will not be eligible for return. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our website at www.pulseclockwork.com.

After 7 Days

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after the 7-day period has passed. However, we may offer to buy the watch back from you based on the current market value and its condition.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day period from receiving your order. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Please ensure the watch is carefully packed with all original contents and use a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

- Watches marked as “final sale” or explicitly noted as non-returnable.
- Custom orders or items made to special specifications.
- Consigned items that have already been sold, with payment made to the consignor.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns for certain products, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom items, or personal care products. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable substances. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return

Refund Processing

After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
